TW Electrical & HV Services was engaged to provide the electrical works for purpose-built staff accommodation for the Department of Water Resource Management on Thursday Island in the Torres Strait. The project, located on Quetta Close, presented challenges due to its uneven block, which required careful planning and execution. e.

Over 11 months, our team delivered safe, high-quality, and compliant electrical installations, ensuring all accommodation units were fully operational and met the client’s specifications. Project management was provided by Black and More.

- Designed with Coburn Architecture, embracing cultural, social, and climatic factors.
- Collaboration with First Nations building contractors, HC Building and Construction, who employed local trainees and engaged Indigenous suppliers and sub-contractors.
